The church has a good-sized car park, which is large enough to cope with most ordinary services. If full, parking is available in Tile Kiln Lane and surrounding roads.
There are toilets within the building, (including an accessible toilet for disabled people), with baby-changing facilities.
Access into the church is easy as there are just two very shallow, widely separated steps at the entrance. There is a loop-system for the hard-of-hearing. The Holy Communion service booklet, the hymn book and the service sheet are all available in large-print versions.
We haven't got a lych gate, and we haven't got pointed gothic stained-glass windows, but we have got an excellent building where everybody can see without difficulty, and lovely grounds for the photos afterwards. And we will do all we can to make your day special. To book your wedding, please contact the Team Rector.
The Team Rector is available to conduct a funeral service for anybody from the parish. Normally the contact will be made on your behalf by the funeral director, but you are also welcome to make contact direct with the Team Rector if a member of your family living in the parish has died.
It is of course possible to hold a funeral service in church, prior to going to a crematorium or cemetery, and we are always very happy to arrange this, (although in term time, because of the extent to which the building is in use, this can only be done at certain times of the week).
The church has a small Garden of Remembrance in the grounds, and ashes can be buried here. There is also a Book of Remembrance, which is open at the appropriate page at each Sunday service. We also hold an annual Memorial Service on the Sunday nearest to All Saints' Day.
If you, or someone you know, would like a visit at home (eg because of illness) please contact the Team Rector
Our Pastoral Assistant, Mrs Val O'Sullivan will also visit people in their own homes.
